Dubai Holding Asset Management Announces “Dubai Retail” As the Unified Brand for Its Malls and Lifestyle Destinations

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 02 September 2025: Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM) today announced “Dubai Retail” as the unified brand for its 40+ malls and lifestyle destinations. This marks a significant step in DHAM’s future growth and development strategy, following the 2024 integration of Nakheel and Meydan into Dubai Holding to streamline and scale its retail operations for long-term competitiveness. Dubai Retail today reinforces its position as a key pillar of Dubai’s retail sector, with a diversified offering that spans 10 malls, 15 lifestyle destinations, and 18 retail centres across the city.

 

Drawing more than 132 million visitors annually, Dubai Retail is the UAE’s largest and most diverse retail group of malls and destinations, bringing together over 6,500 retailers across more than 13 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA). The breadth of destinations offers a strong mix of shopping, dining, and lifestyle experiences that contribute meaningfully to Dubai’s retail and tourism sectors.

 

With the opening of the redeveloped section of the mall, Nakheel Mall’ enters a new chapter under the name ‘Palm Jumeirah Mall’ featuring of curated mix of premium fashion brands including Sandro, Maje, Boss, Lacoste, Paul Smith, Polo Ralph Lauren, Lululemon, and Lime alongside popular F&B and specialty concepts including Lego, Home Bakery, Les Majlis, and Al Beiruti. This transformation reinforces the mall’s flagship positioning on the iconic Palm Jumeirah and further elevates the experiences curated by “Dubai Retail”.

Dubai Retail now comprises 10 malls, 15 iconic destinations, as well as 18 integrated retail centres across Dubai. Its malls include iconic destinations such as Palm Jumeirah Mall (formerly Nakheel Mall), Nad Al Sheba Mall, The Outlet Village, Circle Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, Golden Mile Galleria, Bay Avenue, Bay Square, Dragon Mart, and Al Khail Avenue planned for opening in the near term.
