In line with the decision of the UAE government to permit shopping malls to resume operations within strict health and safety guidelines and protocols, our malls and community centers are partially open from 12:00pm – 10:00pm daily.

In line with the decision of the UAE government to permit shopping malls to resume operations within strict health and safety guidelines and protocols, our malls and community centers are partially open from 12:00pm – 10:00pm daily.

Our visitors are kindly urged to adhere to official guidelines set by the government including:

Crucially malls and retail outlets must not exceed 30% occupancy
Wearing a mask is mandatory
Temperature screening will take place at entrances
Seniors 60 years old and above are not permitted
Kids between 3 to 12 years old will not be permitted
Maximum time permitted in the mall is 3 hours
Smart payment methods are recommended
Ensure a physical distance of at least 2 meters from others at all times
Valet parking is temporarily unavailable
Hand sanitization prior to entering the mall is mandatory
Prayer rooms are temporarily closed
Changing outlets are temporarily closed
Leisure and Entertainment outlets are temporarily closed
